This perfectly situated property is just a few minutes’ drive from the beaches of Pampelonne and l’Escalet, and 10 minutes’ drive from the town of Saint-Tropez. Set in one hectare of untamed gardens, it’s the ideal place for vacation groups.
The house has a relaxed atmosphere and is a wonderful family home. Sedative decor, a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue, two outdoor dining areas and a real “home from home”… This is far from being a bling house, think country atmosphere, neutral tones and a terraced pool. Various day beds for that summer siesta!
The house is spread over three floors. Guests have access to two floors, as well as to the laundry and office area (on request) on the lower floor. Part of the lower floor is closed off for guest use (but not occupied).
It is not advisable to come in sports/bass cars, as our driveway is slightly damaged by pine roots (we prefer to keep the trees!)…400 m from the local Spar supermarket.
